Pad-Mounted Transformers
Pad-mounted transformers are oil-immersed distribution units enclosed in tamper-proof, gasket-sealed, and corrosion-resistant steel cabinets, designed for outdoor ground-level installation in areas accessible to the public. Rated up to 25000 kVA and 36 kV, these transformers are available in live-front or dead-front configurations, with customizable primary and secondary cable arrangements. They are widely used in underground residential distribution (URD) systems, industrial zones, commercial centers, and renewable energy interconnections. Each unit is manufactured in compliance with IEEE C57.12.34, ANSI C57.12.28, DOE energy efficiency standards, and ISO 9001/14001/45001-certified processes, ensuring high mechanical strength, electrical reliability, and long-term performance.

TEK Transformatör offers extensive design flexibility, including loop or radial feed, single or three-phase configurations, and a variety of bushing types, protection devices, and cabinet arrangements, allowing adaptation to site-specific electrical and environmental requirements. Environmentally responsible production techniques, low-loss core materials, and bio-based or mineral insulating fluids contribute to sustainability and reduced total cost of ownership. These transformers are designed to operate reliably under C3 to C5 environmental categories, with surface treatment systems applied in accordance with ISO 12944.
