Pole-Mounted CSP Transformers & Smart CSP Transformers
Completely Self-Protected (CSP) Transformers are single or three -phase, oil-immersed distribution transformers designed for pole-mounted outdoor applications in utility and rural distribution systems. These transformers integrate internal protection devices eliminating the need for external protection equipment. Built for ratings typically between 15 kVA and 167 kVA with voltage levels up to 36 kV, CSP transformers are ideally suited for remote and overhead networks where compactness, protection, and ease of maintenance are critical.
Smart CSP Transformers include integrated digital sensors, temperature monitoring, voltage and current measurement, and optional IoT or SCADA-ready modules, enabling real-time condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and grid visibility. These units are designed to withstand high environmental stress, frequent switching, and network fluctuations while maintaining full compliance with ANSI, IEEE and ISO 9001 quality protocols. All units feature corrosion-resistant enclosures, high-efficiency core designs, and are configurable with aluminum or copper windings based on customer preference.
